There
is no bride that I know of that doesn’t want to look great for her big day! The
only problem with some of it is that we tend to get so desperate with the time
crunch that we sacrifice our health and well-being to get into that wedding
dress. I’ll let you in on a big secret; the weight loss companies are counting
on your desperation and want you to do anything to lose that weight. I wouldn’t
but into it if I were you. I know what I’m talking about. I’ve spend endless
dollars and endless hours on starving myself and eventually failing at every
diet I’ve been on. Don’t step into that trap. Let me give you a pre-wedding
diet you can live with.
I’m
going to outline a 7 day example of your diet. Som tips before I go into that.
First thing, you will be eating 5 smaller meals a day, consisting of lean
meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Second, make sure to drink lots of
water. Third, stick in some exercise daily. Nothing radical. Maybe some extra
walking or walking up and down stairs or squats and lunges in front of the TV.
